| What is your shipping refund policy?
Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 14 days. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All special orders or orders for large quantity discount items are not returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions.
To return any items you must fill out the forum below for prior approval and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise purchased from AumAuto.com is sold in its original factory packaging, some warranties may vary, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. AumAuto.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages or the cost of shipping & handling back to us.

Returns typically take 8-10 business days to process, and credits should be posted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company.
Aum Auto will credit all reasonable and customary freight charges for products that arrive damaged or defective. (Please note that we inspect all returns to verify the product delivered was damaged or defective.)
